Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your information

JOINMOCK INC ("we", "us", or "our") operates joinmock.com and provides JOINMOCK services. JOINMOCK INC is responsible for the handling of personal information described in this policy and acts as the data controller where applicable law uses that term.

This policy covers our website, service inquiries, and services. Where we process information on behalf of a business customer under a separate agreement, that agreement also governs the processing.

2. Information we process

When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. If you use our services, we may process account details and billing or transaction information as needed to provide those services.

JOINMOCK acts as an intermediary that relays requests to third-party AI service providers and returns their responses to you. During normal relay operations, request and response content is processed only as needed to transmit the request and deliver the response. JOINMOCK does not retain or persistently store this content.

Accessing a website or online service also involves technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, request times, and diagnostic or security logs. These operational records do not include the content of requests and responses handled during normal relay operations. Please avoid sending personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and maintain services, administer accounts and billing where applicable, troubleshoot problems, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you request before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, subject to your rights. Where processing requires consent, we will seek it and you may withdraw it.

4. Service providers and disclosure

To fulfil your AI requests, we forward their content to the relevant third-party AI service provider and relay its responses back to you. Our commitment not to retain normal relay content applies to JOINMOCK's handling of that content. The AI provider's processing and retention of information are governed by its applicable terms and privacy policies.

Providers supporting hosting, communications, and payment processing may also process information as needed to support the services you use.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or service security, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards. This policy does not govern independent third-party websites you choose to visit.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Service features may use cookies or similar storage for functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect those features. Where optional technologies require consent, that consent must be obtained before their use.

6. Retention and security

As described in Section 2, JOINMOCK does not retain the content of requests and responses handled during normal relay operations. Other information, such as account details, support correspondence, billing records, and operational metadata, is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. The retention period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

7. International processing

Depending on the services used and the location of service providers, information may be processed outside your country. Where applicable law restricts such transfers, we are responsible for ensuring the required transfer safeguards are in place.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

9. Children’s information

Our services are intended for business and general professional use, rather than for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will be published here with an updated date. We will provide further notice where required by law.
